Attorney Greenswag has been practicing in the northern suburbs for more than 41 years.  His practice concentrates on serving closely-held businesses and their owners.  In the course of his career, Mr. Greenswag has represented both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases of multiple types including, without limitation, office leases (both suburban and city) , industrial building leases, free-standing brick and mortar retail and restaurant leases, strip-center leases and large shopping center leases.
