An interactive class designed for parents or caregivers and their babies (under 1 and not yet mobile). You’ll learn gentle postpartum movements, breathing techniques to stay grounded, and ways to connect with your baby through mindful touch and presence. This is a supportive space to move, bond, and breathe together.
Jordyn is a vinyasa yoga teacher and mom of two girls—ages 2.5 years and 3 months. She’s been teaching yoga since 2020 and practiced through both of her pregnancies, using yoga to heal and reconnect with her body after two C-sections. Yoga—especially the breath—has become a powerful tool for staying grounded in the beautiful chaos of motherhood, and she loves sharing that with other moms and their little ones. Her classes are a gentle, supportive space to move, breathe, and bond—with your baby and yourself.
