Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) Workshop with Lindsey E.

What is CCB?
*CCB has many benefits to the mind, body, and spirit
*Done breathing entirely through your mouth, while lying on your back.
*3 part (2 inhales, 1 exhale) circular breath (inhale connected to exhale)
*CCB allows you to bypass the ego and thinking mind and gain access to subconscious and unconscious mind where we hold repressed memories, unexpressed emotions, and trauma.
 

There are two parts to a CCB session. The first portion of the session is called the "Active Breath" portion, which consists of a continuous 3 part breathing pattern. This portion of the session is set to loud popular music (from past and present) to help create a rhythm and propel you through 25ish minutes of circular breathing.
 
The Active Breath, is followed by the second part of a CCB session, "Rest and Receive," aka the savasana of CCB.
