Floating Sound Bath

Step into your zen with a floating Sound Bath experience;  a relaxing, immersive meditation at a private Glencoe residence. The 60-minute floating sound bath takes place at an outdoor pool under the evening sky allowing you to let go of any stress and restore your energy and peace.  

Take deep breaths and float weightlessly as the vibration of sonic tunes from glass bowls move through the water.

BRING YOUR OWN FLOAT (there will be NO floats available at the property.)

 

Your own float/raft already blown up that you can lay on it comfortable above water (the heavier/sturdier the better), blanket, eye mask, water bottle.

 

What to wear: Comfortable clothes (or swimsuit & coverup) that you won't mind if they get wet. Dress according to the weather.

 

Where: The sound bath will take place at a pool at a private Glencoe residence. The address will be given to you once you register.

 

When: Thursday June 19th 6:30-7:30PM. We recommend arriving between 6-6:15 to get set up and start relaxing. 

 

$120 No refunds.

There will be an alternate date in case of inclement weather. You will be contacted that day if we need to reschedule.
