Forest Therapy Walks

Join Go Green Northbrook and Northbrook Village Forester and Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Terry Cichocki, in their efforts to bring people into the forest and increase natural connections in the community. Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, a researched-based healing and wellness support. Studies have demonstrated health benefits, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems, and for stabilizing and improving mood and cognition. $20 donation per walk.
