GO GREEN WINNETKA

Liz Kunkle, Founder and President of Go Green Winnetka and Winnetka Environmental and Forestry Commissioner. 

Go Green Winnetka is a citizen’s environmental advocacy group whose mission is to raise awareness regarding sustainability and inspire schools, governmental units, organizations, businesses, and individuals to take action targeting climate change, waste, and sustainable raw materials. Liz works with her colleagues in Winnetka and in the Chicagoland area through Go Green Illinois and Go Green Illinois Schools to share best practices among the groups and to collaborate on addressing environmental challenges that cross municipal boundaries.
