Go Green Winnetka - Insights from the North Pole

Join polar guide Annie Aggens for Insights from the North Pole at the Wilmette Public Library, an “expedition” to the North Pole where you’ll learn what it’s like to be on a polar expedition on the moving and shifting pack ice of the Arctic Ocean. Annie will also talk about the changes that are occurring at the North Pole as a result of global warming and how it affects North Pole expeditions and the rest of the planet.
