Healing Through Yoga- Bereavement Support Group with Marla T.
This series is a gentle approach to healing the body, mind & spirit. Through four weekly sessions, you will use gentle yoga poses, meditation and breath work to help release and relieve some of the stress caused by living with grief. No yoga experience necessary.
This 4 Week Series will meet Tuesday October 21, 28, November 4 & 11 6:30-8:00PM

Marla is leading our grief and yoga program. In addition to being a yoga teacher she is also an LCSW ( licensed clinical social worker) and has been a grief counselor for over 25 years. Her own personal experiences of dealing with trauma have certainly helped her to empathize and understand how grieving and loss affect one’s body, mind and soul. Yoga is an amazing tool to help in this process and she will be periodically facilitating a 4 week yoga and grief program.
