Learn a simple daily routine and practice how to apply acupressure, an ancient and effective self-care treatment to benefit common ailments, with Nicole Hohmann, MS, Dipl.OM, L.Ac, FABORM. Nicole has practiced acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in the NorthShore University HealthSystem Integrative Medicine program for 16 years, and has specialty certification in women's health. Wear loose clothing and be prepared to take your shoes off.
