HEALTH CARE: RIGHT OR COMMODITY?

Craig Klugman, Ph.D., is a professor of Health Sciences at DePaul University, a bioethicist and medical anthropologist who works on public health ethics. He serves on the ethics commi􀆩ee at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He is the editor of the 2016 textbook MacMillan Interdisciplinary Handbooks in Philosophy: Medical Ethics (Gale Cengage Press) and the 2008/2013 book Ethical Issues in Rural Health (John Hopkins University Press). He was the producer of the movie A Cure for Dying.
He is the recipient of the 2014 Texas Exes Dis􀆟nguished Alumni Award in Medicine & Biology (Chicago).
