Open House Writers Theatre

ABOUT THE EVENT: The Writers Theatre Season Kickoff Open House welcomes neighbors, patrons, and donors into the building with curated engagement opportunities that center WT’s work within the greater community. This multi-purpose program is a 4-hour event for new and returning patrons that also includes a 1-hour Season Kick-Off presentation geared toward WT donors. Guests are invited to explore Writers Theatre by engaging with artist and vendor activations located in different areas of the theatre center. Activations include a community vendor market, live music, a youth-centered engagement space, and a forum series previewing the upcoming season. Subscriptions and concessions will be available for purchase throughout the event, which will run from 11 am through 3 pm on Sunday, September 18. The Writers Theatre Open House is a unique opportunity for people to get to know WT, whether it’s their first time in the theatre or they are long-time supporters eager for an inside look at next season.
