Spring Mountain Winemaker Dinner

Meet the Winemaker Dinner. Good Grapes, in partnership with Trifecta Grill, is hosting Susan Doyle of Spring Mountain Vineyard for a 6 course dinner and wine pairing on Thursday, April 14th.  This is one of two dinners with Susan.  The other dinner is at Medinah Temple.

Susan, who will be the guest at  sees winemaking as both science and art. “The science is to know what you are doing. The art is to know when to allow terroir to speak.”
