Chiropracty

Born and raised in Sweden, Dr. Rick Boerjesson was a 17 year-old exchange student in Annapolis, Maryland. He played division one soccer at Radford University and was introduced to Chiropractic. Rick became imbued by the philosophy of Chiropractic.

After 9/11 and living in New York City,  he and his wife moved back to Sweden where they managed and owned chiropractic clinics, two in Sweden and one in Peru. Peru was the beginning of ”Books for Children” a charity dedicated to enabling education to children through books and school supplies in the Peruvian Andes.

Along with books and school supplies, they provide Chiropractic care to the children and their families. They also bring Doctors of Chiropractic to Peru, mostly from the US, to provide free care on a continuous basis. This comes from believing health and education are the two most precious gifts any child can have.

Today the Boerjesson’s live in Winnetka with their two daughters and are proud to be part of this community.
