Front Desk and Patient Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

wellness therapies. We’re seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and proactive Front Desk and
Patient Experience Coordinator to support our clinical operations and deliver exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and phone calls professionally
  • Schedule patients across multiple providers and services
  • Manage invoicing and process payments accurately
  • Support clients using auxiliary wellness devices (e.g., HBOT, Red Light Bed)
  • Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Respond to new patient inquiries and social media leads
  • Sanitize equipment between sessions and maintain a clean environment
  • Open and close the center following protocol
  • Learn the benefits of all services to confidently answer client questions
  • Collaborate with the accountant to ensure billing accuracy
  • File and manage patient documentation
  • Assist clients with at-home lab kits and instructions
  • Additional tasks as needed and assigned

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office
  • 1+ year of front desk or customer service experience
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Compassionate, professional demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to support the team and clients
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Evenings.
